About ALUMINUM SESQUICHLOROHYDREX PG: Aluminum Sesquichlorohydrex PG is a coordination complex of AluminumSesquichlorohydrate (q.v.) and Propylene Glycol (q.v.) in which some of the water molecules normallycoordinated to the metal have been displaced by the propylene glycol. In t he United States, AluminumSesquichlorohydrex PG may be used as an active ingredient in OTC drug products. When used as anactive drug ingredient, the established name for Aluminum Sesquichlorohydrex PG is AluminumSesquichlorohydrex Propylene Glycol.
