About POLYIMIDE-1: Polyimide-1 is a terpolymer that is made by reacting poly(isobutylene-alt-maleic anhydride)with dimethylaminopropylamine and methoxy-PEG/PPG-31/9-2-propylamine in a mixture of ethanol andWater (q.v.). The resulting polymer contains both imide , ester, and acid functionality.
POLYIMIDE-1 has reported used in the following product types: styling gel/lotion (3); moisturizer (3); body firming lotion (2); sunless tanning (2); facial moisturizer/treatment (1); styling mousse/foam (1); shampoo (1); hair spray (1)
