Directions from packaging: -For best results, apply to freshly washed, exfoliated skin then prep with Mystic Tan's Sunless Conditioning Complex.-Hold can six to eight inches away from skin and spray continuously with a quick side-to-side motion until the area is moist.-Use sparingly around knees, elbows, and ankles as these areas tend to darken more quickly.-Wash hands directly after use and avoid contact with clothes until dry.-Wait four hours before bathing to allow tan to develop completely
