Directions from packaging: Massage Ionil PLUS Shampoo into wet hair. Rinse, then apply Ionil PLUS again and massage into a lather. Allow to remain in hair for about 5 minutes before rinsing. For best results, use at least twice a week or as directed by a physician. Do not use soap, detergent or other shampoo on hair before or after using Ionil PLUS .A compatible after-shampoo conditioner is Ionil Rinse.
