Directions from packaging: Test a small area of skin before full body application. Apply immediately before tanning.
Warnings from packaging: This product causes a severe warming sensation and redness to skin, lasting up to several hours. Not to be used on the face, by beginner tanners or those with sensitive skin. This product does not contain sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn. UV exposure can lead to skin cancer and premature aging, even if you don't burn. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and face. Keep out of reach of children.
