Directions from packaging: Shake well before each use. Keep cap tightly closed. First, shake well. Use one mouthful (about 2 tablespoons) of TheraBreath Oral Rinse for fresh breath and clean feeling teeth and gums. Thoroughly rinse mouth and gargle for at least 60 seconds several times daily. Do not eat or drink for at least 15 minutes after each use. When used with an Oral Irrigator, such as the HydroFloss, add 2 tbsp to the water trough. For best results use TheraBreath and the procedures below 3 times per day for superior oral health. 1. Using a dry tongue cleaner, gently scrape the surface of your tongue to remove the excess mucus and debris layer. Then cover the edge of a tongue cleaner with toothpaste. Gently scrape the tongue surface 6-8 times to make sure the tongue is completely coated. It's not necessary to scrape hard. Don't rinse yet! 2. Thoroughly brush your teeth, tongue, palate & inside of your cheeks with toothpaste for 2 minutes. 3. Spit out excess toothpaste. Then, rinse with a mouthful (about 2 tablespoons) of TheraBreath Oral Rinse for 90 seconds. Don't rinse with water! 4. At least every other day (preferably every day) dip your dental floss into TheraBreath Oral Rinse or TheraBreath Toothpaste & then proceed to floss. Miniature crevices in your teeth and gums may be a source of Oral Odor. 5. Gargle for 90 seconds with another mouthful (about 2 tablespoons) of TheraBreath Oral Rinse. Spit out and avoid eating/drinking for 15 minutes to ensure full absorption.

Warnings from packaging: Keep out of the reach of children. If spilled on fabrics, wash out immediately. This product was sealed with protective packaging at the laboratory. If seal is missing, do not use.
