Directions from packaging: Squeeze and shake tube well before use: Apply liberally to all exposed skin 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply regularly and after swimming, heavy perspiration or toweling. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun and wear protective clothing, hats and eyewear. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Store below 30C / 86F
