Directions from packaging: DirectionsApply evenly onto dry skin, allowing enough time to dry before exposure to the sun. Be sure to apply to shoulders and ears to prevent serious burns. For maximum protection reapply every 4 hours or 80 minutes after swimming or heavy perspiration.

Warnings from packaging: WarningsAvoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs rinse thoroughly with water. discontinue use and consult a physician if irritation or rash develops and lasts. For children under 2 years of age consult a physician.
