Directions from packaging: Adding the dimensions to your hair is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Mix the Color Breaks Lightening powder with the Color Breaks creme developer. Apply 8-10 breaks wherever you want them with the uniquely designed applicator brush. Wait just 20 minutes, rinse and voila! Breaks that add dimensional tones to your hair.
