Directions from packaging: Place 5 grams or palmful of product in one hand. Spread on hands. Rub into skin until dry. Place a smaller amount (2.5 grams) into one hand and spread over both hands and wrist. Rub into skin until dry.

Warnings from packaging: WarningsFor external use only. Flammable. Keep away from fire or flame. Do not use in eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Discontinue use if irritation or redness develop. If condition persists more than 72 hours, consult a doctor.
