Directions from packaging: These herbs help reduce breast engorgement and draw out infection. Fill each teabag with 4 T. herb and seal with a hot iron. Cover teabag with 1/4 C. hot water for 10 seconds. Remove teabag. While warm minutes. Teabag may be reheated. Includes 4 teabags.
