Directions from packaging: Twist off cap and remove foil seal. Do not use if seal is missing or broken. For best results, place a small amount of gel on Dr. Wieder's Original Tung-Brush®. Extend tongue and gently brush from the back of the tongue forward to the tip (for approx. 10 seconds). Brush your tongue each time you brush your teeth, and whenever you want to freshen your breath. Avoid swallowing. In case of accidental ingestion beyond normal use quantities, consult a physician.
