Directions from packaging: Lansinoh's natural texture is part of its effectiveness - it may be necessary to gently knead the tube prior to dispensing. Unscrew cap to remove safety seal. Soften small amount between fingers and apply to the entire nipple area after each feeding or as needed. Apply before showering to protect sensitive nipples. Prenatal use: Lansinoh can be used in the last trimester to condition nipples by applying twice daily to ease dryness and promote healthy, supple skin. Beyond Breastfeeding: A superior first-aid treatment for the whole family. Use it on dry, cracked skin,chapped lips, diaper rash and any other minor cuts, burns and abrasions.
