Directions from packaging: For Use: + Remove Bug-Off! band from its sealed two part reusable container (save container for storage). + If glow becomes dim, recharge under a light for at least 30 minutes. Glow can be recharged over and over. + Place Bug-Off! band around wrist or ankle. Insect populations vary from region to region and by weather conditions so for even greater effectiveness, use multiple Bug-Off! bands and place around both wrists or ankles. + Return Bug-Off! band to its container when not in use and store. + When used and stored properly, Bug-Off! band's aroma will last up to 180 hours. + Please dispose of properly in any waste receptacle.

Warnings from packaging: Cautions: In rare cases, certain people may experience mild skin irritation or rashes. If this occurs, wash affected area with mild soap and water and discontinue use. If product is ingested, nausea may occur. Drink plenty of water. If symptoms continue, contact your physician. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age.
