Directions from packaging: Turn pump counterclockwise one quarter turn to spray. For best results, apply on all exposed areas of the skin prior to your tanning bed session When you're on the go or for convenient travel, lock pump by turning one quarter clockwise.
Warnings from packaging: This product does not contain a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin while tanning may increase the risk of skin aging, skin cancer, and other harmful effects to the skin even if you do not burn. For external use only.
