Directions from packaging: Squeeze into palm and rub hands together. Pull hands apart to activate fibers. Distribute through damp or dry hair and style. For best results use the Garnier Fructis System of shampoos and conditioners. Create Your Style: Super Stiff Styles: 'The Spiker': Apply on slightly damp hair, stretch hair up and air dry or blow-dry on cool to create an intense spiked look with extreme hold. 'The Twister': Apply on slightly damp hair, twist small sections of hair and air dry or blow-dry on cool for structured twists that last all day. Finish any Super Stiff style with Garnier Fructis Style Hairspray.
