Directions from packaging: Daily use and facial - Rinse face with luke warm water. Work up lather with hands and gently massage face and neck. Gently massage into skin to stimulate circulation. Rinse with warm water and pat dry with a soft towel. For use as a facial, allow to remain on face for five minutes. Then, rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry with a soft towel. For bath or shower - Work up a lather with hand. Apply freely to entire body. As a shampoo - Wet hair and work up Natural Beauty Cleansing Bar to a full lather. Gently massage into hair and scalp. Rinse with warm water. Reapply and allow to remain on for several minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Acne and excessive oiliness - Rinse affected areas with warm water. Work up lather and gently massage into skin. Allow to remain on for ten minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry with a soft towel.
