Directions from packaging: Apply to wet hair after shampooing. Spray liberally over entire length of hair or concentrate at ends. Comb through for even distribution to ensure best detangling results. Do not rinse out. Also great for spot conditioning on dry ends or flyaways. Dry thoroughly. Use regularly.

Warnings from packaging: 5{s. This product can make the floors and other hard surfaces slippery. Standing on a carpet, mat, or towel is recommended during use. If floor becomes slippery, clean with soap and water. Avoid spraying in eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
