Directions from packaging: With hands or pumice stone, massage a generous amount into the soles of the feet, especially hard areas likr the heel. rinse thoroughly with warm water. For soft, pretty feet, soften first using Cocobutter Foot Soak and follow scrub with Shea Butter Heel Cream.
