Directions from packaging: After shampooing and conditioning with Forever Long products, spray a generous amount of Instant Detangler throughtangled areas. Comb through with a wide toothcomb starting at ends and working up to roots. Do not rinse. To repair damaged hair, use Forever Long Intensive Repair Treatment.
