Do not use if scalp is irritated or injured in any way. Do not use on hair that has been treated with ammonium thioglycolate (curly permed). Do not use on bleached hair or permanently colored hair that is breaking, splitting or otherwise damages. If hair has been previously relaxed, apply only to new growth as described in the directions. If relaxer/activator causes skin or scalp irritation, rinse immediately and wash with shampoo in this kit. If irritation persists or if hair loss occurs, consult a physician. Keep away from eyes. If relaxer/activator gets into eyes, rinse immediately and consult a physician. If relaxer/activator is accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting; consult a physician immediately.
