Ingredients from packaging: Organic Sesame Oil, Organic Sunflower oil, Organic Lavender, Amalaki, Organic Brahmi, Organic Bhringaraj, Organic Nutmeg, Rose, Sandalwood, Scullcap, and Saffron.
Directions from packaging: Before use, warm 2 to 8 cups of shirodhara oil to between 98 and 104 degrees. Pour into your shirodhara vessel and begin your treatment. When finished, wrap a scarf or towel around head to keep warm. Leave on for at least 30 minutes. Wash hair as normal when finished.
