Directions from packaging: Apply liberally before exposure to the sun. Reapply every 2-3 hours to maintain protection.
Warnings from packaging: For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. Discontinue use if signs of irritation appear. Children under 6 months of age, consult your doctor. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
