Directions from packaging: WET HAIR, APPLY ENOUGH SHAMPOO TO WORK UP A RICH LATHER AND MASSAGE INTO SCALP AND ADAJCENT AREAS. RINSE AND REPEAT. FOR BEST RESULTS, USE AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK OR AS DIRECTED BY A PHYSICIAN.
